Webmarketing and Customer Service Intern - 6 months full-time or 1-year work-study program

You are actively involved in the digital strategy and the implementation of actions to develop the notoriety of our agile and growing company. You participate in the product development stages (targeting customer needs, customer interviews, sourcing assistance, choice of materials, manufacturing monitoring, relations with suppliers and manufacturing workshops, quality control).

You will be supported on the following missions:

Marketing strategy

  • Analysis of customer needs
  • Development, monitoring and implementation of a coherent and original editorial plan
  • Launch of relevant marketing actions on different digital levers
  • Active sectoral and competitive monitoring on key company themes
  • Daily reporting to analyze the digital operations implemented

Product Development

  • Customer interviews and participation in customer test/try-on days to best target their desires and needs
  • Implementation of co-creation questionnaires
  • Implementation and monitoring of the design of collections and products
  • Participation in the choice of models and materials
  • Sourcing of materials and participation in key trade fairs in the sector
  • Monitoring suppliers and workshops
  • Negotiation of purchasing conditions
  • Production monitoring and quality control

Monitoring of product marketing

  • Monitoring the sales process and its evolution
  • Active sectoral and competitive monitoring
  • Analysis of market developments in order to propose adaptations or new products.
  • Writing product arguments as well as product sheets.

Implementation of actions

  • Publications and development of partnerships with ambassadors,
  • Participation in the creation of creative content for social networks and the website in line with the positioning and DNA of the brand
  • Website updates and landing page creation to highlight commercial offers
  • Participation in the creation and monitoring of sponsored campaigns (Social Ads, Native Ads, Display, Retargeting Display)
  • Creation of Newsletter and blog articles
  • Animation and monitoring of social networks (facebook, instagram, linkedin)
  • Content creation, video/photo editing
  • News management, photo integration

Customer service

  • Participation in order tracking: management of incoming orders and returns
  • Customer advice with a constant improvement approach focused on a positive customer experience
  • After-sales service management and logistics with direct contact with customers (mailing, telephone, chat, social networks, etc.)

Position: You are actively involved in the entire logistics process, customer relations and communication in an agile and growing company.

Your main missions will be:

  • Order tracking: management of incoming orders and returns

  • After-sales service management and logistics with direct contact with customers (mailing, telephone, chat, social networks, etc.)
  • Participation in the creation of creative content for social networks
  • Participation in monitoring and animation of social networks (facebook, instagram, linkedin)
  • Publications and development of partnerships with ambassadors,
  • Website updates
  • Editing videos/photos
  • News management, photo integration
  • Management and creation of product sheets

You have impeccable spelling.

- Mastery of Excel, Word, Photoshop, etc.
- Must be a native French speaker, English is a plus.
- Experience in a fashion/luxury e-commerce site or in a communications/press agency preferred.
