| A homemade tapenade in 5 minutes |
Because there is nothing better than enjoying a good tapenade on the terrace with the sound of the cicadas but you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen during an aperitif; we give you the super quick recipe for green tapenade that matches with the Louise dress !
You'll need :
- 300 g green olives
- 5 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Start by peeling and chopping the garlic clove then add it to a blender.
Pour in the pitted olives, capers, anchovy fillets, olive oil and lemon.
Mix until you obtain a fine and homogeneous puree.
It's ready ! All you have to do is enjoy it on toast.
