HOW TO TAKE CLOTHING MEASUREMENTS?
- Get a flexible tape measure. These are often sold in craft stores
- Chest: Stand up straight and pass the tape around your chest at the strongest point after exhaling normally.
- Waist: Waist measurement is the narrowest part of your torso, usually above your belly button. Position the tape measure horizontally at the deepest point of your abdomen
- Hips: To measure the circumference of the pelvis, take the measurement at the strongest point of your pelvis (generally at the height of the buttocks)
