Upon receipt of your package, you have fourteen (14) days to return any item that does not suit you.

Any return must be declared in advance to customer service, maximum 48 hours after receipt of the products, to info@elleanordeprovence.com

Following your request, we will then send you a Return Delivery Note by Email to print and stick neatly on your tightly closed package.

Once your order has been received and checked, we will confirm either a refund (or a credit depending on your choice) for your order.

The item must be returned to us in the same new condition as you received it, unworn, without stains or odors, in its original packaging, to request a refund without penalty.

A €5 processing fee will be deducted from your final refund. Delivery costs are your responsibility.

If the package is lost or damaged during the Product return, the cost of the damage is the responsibility of the Customer.

Products which are not returned within the deadlines and conditions referred to above will not be refunded or exchanged by Elleanor de Provence. The return address will be mentioned on the return slip to print.

Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

No returns are possible on jewelry.

For orders delivered outside mainland France or for orders for products in Good Deals or placed during promotional periods, Archives, all return costs remain your responsibility.

Trades

The quickest way to exchange a size is to return your item to us, request a refund or credit. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item with the size you want.

Note that, for orders of tailor-made products, or with personalization (choice of fabrics different from standard models), we cannot accept returns.

Refund or Credit

You have the option to choose a refund or a credit.

We will notify you when we have received your package back and we will keep you informed as soon as the refund is accepted on our side.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the payment method you used to make your purchase.

Reimbursement is effective within a maximum of 15 days but times may vary depending on your bank.
